FOR A GREENER FUTURE
We compensate our CO² footprint
The forest is an important part of our ecosystem and plays a crucial role in regulating the climate and water balance.
Through its ability to absorb and store CO2, it can also help to offset the man-made carbon footprint.
This is the reason why we as a company decided to buy and manage a forest in the southeast of Berlin with a current size of around 50 hectares.
A forest of this size can absorb and store significant amounts of CO2 every year. In this case, for example, an amount of around 1,000,000 km driven by car is offset annually.
